Permanent Solution For Super-Typhoons

Filipino deserves a Permanent Solution for a Permanent Problem called Super-Typhoons like Yolanda and Hagupit Ruby. Please watch the video careful, listen and please understand. This is in Cebuano version cause these video is mainly for Visayas people especially from Leyte, Samar, Bohol, Cebu, and Lapu Lapu City.
